A RECORD OF GRAND PRIX & VOITURETTE RACING VOLUME 5 (1950-1953) – 3rd EDITION
***3rd edition now available***
This volume covers the 1950 to 1953 period which saw the decline of Formula One and the running of the World Championship to Formula Two regulations in 1952 and 1953. During this period British constructors such as Cooper, HWM and Connaught began the process of dislodging French and Italian supremacy.
This 3rd edition has been extensively revised and, for example, contains new information on Ferraris and the various German BMW Eigenbaus. For several races, previously missing full entry lists are now included and there are many updates and additions to chassis numbers.
As usual, for the majority of races, the book contains full statistics including entry lists and the chassis numbers of many cars. A starting grid and full results are also included together with a brief description of the race. All races run to Formula One and Two regulations, however minor, have been included
The book is 335 pages and fully indexed.
